THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Security, transportation and other tips
TRANSPORTATION

-
UBER is legal, secure and works great in Mexico. Its also the best way to get from the airport to the apartment.
-
The easiest way to get from the airport to your hotel / airbnb is using the airports cabs... which are a little more expensive than Uber.

NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THE STREET TAXIS.

CREDIT CARDS

Most of the Restaurant, Bars, Museums, Malls, Stores, etc. accept credit card (Mostly Visa and MasterCard... for AmEx you will find places where is NOT ACCEPTED, so make sure to consider it)
FREE WIFI

All restaurants, Bars, Museums even parks have free wi-fi, so don't worry about being disconnected.

MONEY EXCHANGE
Make sure to always carry some "pesos" with you just in case you want to buy something from the local market "mercado" .
You could either exchange once you arrive at the airport or you could withdraw from any ATM (just don`t use them at night!)
